Actually, it was just that the user had not disabled the "Startup Page" in "Defaults and Policies", is my guess. This fixed it for me.

Remember to disable "Startup Page" under the System, Defaults and Policies section, as "Admin" user, if you do not want to print a mostly blank page before each print job. Our users were seeing a page with just "Unknown@Port9100" before each print job, and disabling the "Startup Page" fixed the problem... good luck my friends...
Change the Default settings for "Startup Page" to "Do Not Auto Print" to avoid printing a page with "unknown@port9100"

I've seen that posted before on this forum when it comes to the 71xx series, I think the solution back then was updating the firmware so if a new driver does not work, consider updating the firmware.

Are you printing from windows 7 or 8? If so, consider updating the print driver.
Our office has a WorkCentre 7132 printer. Lately there was been a page that prints saying Unknown @Port 9. Does anybody know what this means?
