Our office has a WorkCentre 7132 printer. Lately there was been a page that prints saying Unknown @Port 9. Does anybody know what this means?

Are you printing from windows 7 or 8? If so, consider updating the print driver.

I've seen that posted before on this forum when it comes to the 71xx series, I think the solution back then was updating the firmware so if a new driver does not work, consider updating the firmware.
