FYI This is not my first rodeo.

The info you sent me I have seen and used 100 times and the app I have does not present this GUI and Option.

Probably need another app. I used what was provided on the Xerox Support site.

I don’t have the capability to change this on the printer itself.

Went through the tools menu on the machine and the choices are so general, the option I need is too deep to be there.

The Xerox Notification app is not working for some reason.

Can you send me a link so I can download the app I need to run this thing.

So far this printer experience has not been user friendly and just a bear.

Do your best or give me a phone number of someone who can solve this.

When a Xerox driver is installed it will be defaulted to 2-sided print.  You can go into the the Printer Properties>Printer Preferences or Printer Properties and change the driver to 1-sided print.

Unwanted Duplexing

Product Name: Xerox B230 Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

I just got this B230 and setup was not real clear. The App interface tells me few things of value and very little I cna change. I tried to register the device with Xerox and it did not complete. Tried many times

******The big deal is >>I have a word file with 200 letters and I thought I could print them individually like any other printer and like anyother printer I have used with this style of file. The file is output from my CRM.

Not so with B230. I have gone through all the settings numerous times and can't find where the Duplexing can be turned off. Eventhough I never turned it on.

If I can't get this thing working right I need a shipping label to send it back.
