That would be correct, the firmware doesn't apply to your machine. Are you having an issue or just looking to make sure your firmware is up-to-date?

Thank you for your answer, I think that my printer is non-tag 29 because the tag matrix doesn´t have the label "tag 29". In this case the firmware v3.50.02.02 is correct, it is not ike this?

Can you check your tag matrix and make sure Tag 29 is marked on your system? How are you performing the upgrade?

When I tried to update the firmware 3.50.02.02 to V3.50.21.03, the process showed the message "Firmware not valid"
