Same exact problem. This was driving me mad.I finally unplugged the printer to hopefully clear the cache. After a few minutes I plugged it back in. It worked perfectly after that.
Hello thevisualedge,
Here is an article that I found for completely blank pages when printing.
If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100 https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/article/en/1489539.html
This is so odd.
When I go to print anything--a spreadsheet, a document, a photo, anything--the printer fires up and then proceeds to run *every* sheet of paper in the tray through the printer. Nothing is actually printed. It runs as if it IS printing, but just spits out blank pages until the tray is empty. If I re-load the tray, it will "continue" the print job and run through all the pages again. The only way it stops is if I manually go into the print monitor and cancel the job.
I've tried unplugging the printer, and I've tried uninstalling the drivers and then re-installing them. And in both cases, I was able to make ONE print job happen normally, but every print job after that was back to the endless run-through of paper.
What odd software gremlin could be causing this???
