Using business software DIS and when I print the page looks like it has shifted to the right
I am using a Xerox Workcentre 3335.
Using the business system DIS and when I attempt to print a work order it appears that the page is not completely printing. It appears the work order has shifted to the right leaving digits off my prices.
I spoke to someone at DIS, they said it was something to do with the printer.
Can you please help?
PS: I need to turn off the banner page that prints before each invoice, I have tried changing it at the Control Centre, that works if I am printing in Excel or Word, but not through DIS.
As for Banner pages, they should just be disabled in the Print Driver, trouble is, it sounds like whatever the software you are using is, it doesn't invoke the driver to use those settings. As to the where in the driver.
Start > Control Panel > Devices and Printers
Right-click the printer and go to Printing Preferences and do the following.
