Using it to print cards

Product Name: VersaLink C7000 Printer
Operating System: macOS 11 - Big Sur

I bought the versalink c7000 6 months ago and still can't use it. I have my own card and calligraphy design business and have no idea what I'm doing with this printer. I design a card on computer then when it comes to print it doesn't go right at all. I'm really bad with technology and the manual is gobbledygook. I need an easy to use guide to help me or I'm going to be left with a brand new printer that I can't use. Please help!!
