Re: Using multiple trays on same print job

Hey, Margo!

As you would choose one color per tray the special pages tab does work, even when you're only using white paper. For example, wanting to print from tray two, choose á different color for that tray on the printer, then select the color on the special pages tab for the pages you want printed from that tray.

You cannot choose a certain tray in word, you can however do this by writing your own macro.

HERE is an example.

Re: Using multiple trays on same print job

the special pages tab is where you would select different pages in the job printing on different types or colors of paper or inserting blank pages within a job - not a specific tray.  through your document (Word for example), and page set up you may also be able to set certain trays for each page,

Re: Using multiple trays on same print job

Hey you!

This can be done by using Special pages, which can be found under "Printing Preferences" -> "Special Pages"

HERE you can read more about it.

Read through pages 75 to 78.

Using multiple trays on same print job

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

How do you use paper from different trays in the same print job on a Work Centre 7775?  For example page 1 is pulled form tray 2, page 2 is pulled from tray 3 and the remaining pages are pulled from tray 4
