You need a driver version listed.
There are many V4 drivers, and the MS class driver also shows as V4. So are you using the Xerox one you get by going to Xerox.com or the one MS does that is provided with Windows 8 and or 10?
Are you using the PS or PCL6 version?
Since you are using a V4 driver are you using the Print experience app?
Dependant on the driver, it may not actually be fixable at this time, a lot of features just are not actually possible yet in the V4 architecture/protocol (It is still not full featured, it is a work in progress)
If you want to fix it immediately, install a V3 driver from Xerox, doesn't matter if native/global , then go in to Control Panel > Devices and Printers and right-click it, and go to Printing Preferences > Advanced and apply this specific change. Then the issue will not occur anymore.
I was trying to print a Word document with two fonts.
When I used the V4 driver, one of the fonts didn't print (instead of the text there was just a white space). The other one printed okay.
When I used the V3 driver, both printed okay.
Please help resolve this issue.
