VersaLink C405 Stop Printing Startup Page at power-on

i have done this, put the start up page to do not auto print. But it is still printing it off for me

Great - but all I get when I try that is: "The requested operation could not be processed"

I get that on mobile and desktop browsers...

Any ideas why - I can't imagine the printer needs to have internet access for the setting to take effect?!?

Take the printers IP address and put it in your web browsers address bar.

Login as admin at the upper right (passcode is 1111 by default)

On the left select System (1) and then select Defaults and Policies(2)

Click here to disable it

What is the process to stop prinitng a Startup Page every time I turn my VersaLink C405 printer on?

I've looked through the menu and the User's Guide PDF, but couldn't find anything to answer this question.

Please help me solve this issue.
