Update on this: while the factory reset was able to solve the issue for two days, the problem came back again. I have taken the suggestion of reinstalling my printer driver and printer software as well. There has been no results.
Also, Xerox support has been extremely unhelpful. I was put on hold for an hour and thirty minutes. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in this product. Honestly I will probably never buy from Xerox again.
Okay, so I managed to fix this issue. I tried to get Xerox support on the line at first, but they put me on hold for an hour and a half and I ran out of time.
Do a factory reset on your printer. This has eliminiated the issue completely. When all else fails, reset.
Also, I don't use windows (mac for me), but the issue did start surfacing with the latest update for me as well... So you might be onto something.
Hi
I have exactly the same error. I have the latest firmware & software - is it an issue with windows update or similar? Anyone else have any suggestions?
Hi,
First try to reinstall the print driver and if this dont work upgrade the machine software.

Our office had this printer for about a week, and until today it has been printing just fine.
However, whenever I try to print from my computer today, it has given me an error message. It would print about 4 pages of a 16-page document and then stop. The error page would then say "Device Fault" and display the code 116-357 towards the bottom left corner. I've uploaded a photo of the screen below for reference. It would then ask me to power off the machine completely, wait until all panel lights are out, and then power back on. I've done this three times already to no avail.
The only way I've figured out how to print so far is to go into my browser and manually submit the file to the printer. This is of course only a quick fix.
Could someone please offer their insight? It would be much appreciated.
