Here are a couple of articles on loading and printing envelopes.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

VersaLink C500 envelope keeps jamming

Product Name: VersaLink C500 Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Our agency has 3 of these type of printers and whenever we try to print envelopes, it keeps jamming.  I even tried using envelopes with less thickness and it still happens.  Any suggestions on how to correct this?
