Hi Vic,

Our VersaLink had no problems the past year. Until one day, papers from the print jobs started winding up on the floor. Now when we print various print jobs over the course of a work day, we expect to see papers lying on the floor when we go to get our stuff. It never use to do it and I'm not sure what's causing it. I caught a glimpse of it happening one time. It seems the finisher tray shifts from an inclined position to a level position whenever it's doing a print job. And sometimes the paper stack of printed paper gets pushed off when new papers are set down. I'm not sure if it's static electricity, or a breeze from the newly printed paper being set down, or what it is. The Xerox repair man was unable to stop this from happening. I don't know what changed to make the papers wind up on the floor now. I am thinking of doing factory reset if some setting got changed somehow to cause this. Please help, thanks
