Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the driver? If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

VersaLink will not pull from Tray 2

Product Name: VersaLink B605/B615 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

My printer will not recognise Tray 2.  Logging on from my desktop Tray 2 no longer appears?  I've now upgraded all the frameware but still will not pull from Tray 2 to print.  Copier works fine it's just the printer.
