I am having the same issue on a C605 running the latest software. Setting the device to Letter/Letterhead/White and sending a print job from MS Word 365, the device duplexes the Letterhead and prints on the back of the page. I tested using the latest PCL6 and PS GPD drivers. They both get the same results.
Is this still an issue? Is there a fix?
Hello Joe,
thanks for your feedback, unfortunately, the firmwareupgrade did not solve the problem
best regards,
That was an issue in Connectkey products and they had to fix it in spar firmware. The change happens when using simplex over duplex, it would change which side it printed on when printing from MS Office.
So try this firmware and see if it is resolved, else you would need to call Xerox to get a fix developed.
Possibly could be fixed by using the native driver over the Global, but new firmware is a good first step
Hello,
we are using a Versalink B405DN with 3 paper trays
tray 1 - plain
tray 2 - letterhead
tray 3 - custom paper
I configured the paper type of tray 2 to letterhead, also in the Xerox GPD driver.
Whe I print something every page will be reversed and the text printed on the wrong side (back side) of the paper. In the Xerox Driver I configured 1-Sided Print, so it is not a duplex printing issue. With tray 1 and 3 (plain, custom paper) I don't have this issue.
Any ideas where can be the problem?
We are using Xerox GPD PCL6 v 3.9.520.6.0 and Xerox B405 firmware 38.10.91
best regards,
