Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please remove the driver and reboot your computer.  The reinstall the driver.  If you can not get to the printing preferences or properties after the install and reboot it is an issue on that computer and you would need to contact the person that supports your computers.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Versalink C 405- doubleside printing problem

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer

Hello,

 

I have a Versalink 405 C and it was installed on 4 desktops. From one of them, i cannot print doubleside. I tried from Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers\Xerox VersaLink C405 PCL6- Adjust print Options- nothing happens when i hit the button " Adjust print options"

I tried from Settings- Add printers and scanners- Xerox Versalink C 405 pcl 6- MANAGE-Nothing happpens when i press the butonns for Printer properties and Printing prefenrences. 

I re- installled the drivers- didn't solve the problem.

 

What can I do next?
