Hi,

Appreciate getting back to me. I have already tried that firmware version in my testing and it doesn't help with the issue I have.

The version 67.21.41 is on a C400 that already works and I want to confirm that this is down to the firmware by trying it on another, currently non-working printer.

Is it possible to get access to the 67.21.41 version?
