Have you check the No Banner setting in the driver. Here are screenshots of both the V3 and V4 driver settings.

If your password it not working you will need to call into the support department @ 1-800-821-2797 to have it reset.
The admin password is case sensitive so be sure you are using caps in the serial number. If it's still doesn't work you will need to call into the support department at 1-800-821-2797 they will be able to help you reset it.
I am so fed up with these Banner/Start pages everytime I print. The only way I can see if I can stop them is logging in via the printer. When I go to log on it asks for my password. I have tried 1111 and the serial number but neither is not working. What can I do? Thanks, Laura
