I'd start with not using a driver from 2013 on a printer released in 2017.
And since using that driver has already caused corruption in the spooler it would seem, I'd do a clean install using a newly created port as well.

I have a customer who previously had WC7120 mfds. They printed using the global PCL6 driver and have a Citrix environment using Citrix XenApp 6.0.0.
Since we have installed C7025s the devices print two of everything. We are using the Xerox Global Print Driver PCL6 5303.1600.0.0
Does anyone have any ideas please?
