Sounds like you have tried a few things already, I suggest printing the repeating defeats page instruction found here to see if any other consumable needs to be replaced. We have 2 relatively new Versalink C9000 printers. We have a temperature and humidity controlled area. We started to have issues with dirty prints on both printers. Changed the waste carts and transfer belt cleaners. No improvement. Cleaned the printers where accessible. No improvement. It happens on various media types and paper type settings.
