To enable Remote control panel, go to

EWS > Home  >Quick Links > Remote Control Panel > Enable > Close

To enable non-admins to use it

EWS > Permissions > Roles > Device User Roles, click the user type you want to have access to it and select Device Website Permissions > Custom Permissions > Setup and add remote control panel

Still no Remote panel, this is really hampering the maintenance of these devices.

Not to mention the enviromental/time impact of a technician having to drive to check a setting.

Can someone give me a definitive date for the fix?

Xerox will include remote desktop on Versalink in the near future, yes. Don't know exactly when but will be available, maybe next year.

Do Xerox have any plans to include front panel access as an APP?

It is a totally backward step that this " new " range does not include front panel access.

It really makes these devices difficult to support.

Can we not bring back VNC support?

The lack of this feature is a source of extreme annoyance on a daily basis.
