Hi kbeanblossom,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Have you tried uninstalling the driver, reboot the computer and then reinstall the latest driver available on the support page for your printer?  If this does not help with the issue please consider contacting your local support centre.

Versant 180 Asks to check paper trays after auto clear

Product Name: Xerox Versant 180 Press
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

After either the Auto Clear timer hits, or a user logs out of an account, the Versant shows this menu:

And it goes through each paper tray. Each tray is dedicated except for the bypass. I am not sure why it's doing this, but I know it shouldn't be. I have not been able to find a setting to turn this off. The system version is 80.51.1

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
