Tray 5 can't not be installed
Grayed out on a Fiery has never meant it is not available, it means it is a conflict, and by selecting the Tray 5 that is greyed out it will tell you why, and in most cases, also fix the conflict. So do that, and if still an issue, give us a description of the error as well as screenshots.
We have a Customer with a Versant 180 and they are using 2 x OSX (10.9.4 & 10.12.6) The issue they have is that they cannot print from tray 5 from any application.
We have tried all available drivers Xerox & Fiery and the option to choose tray five is greyed out or if visible not installed message shows.
We know tray 5 is OK because it can be used from CWS and from a PC.
Fiery is the bustled/ integrated and is running V1.0 software.
Has anyone else seen this problem?
