For me, the issue did end up being a firmware update on the printer itself. A Xerox tech came in and manually updated our 2100 and we have not experienced the issue since then. Hope that helps, good luck!
Can someone share the solution on this? We're having the same issue with our 700i with Creo server. From other forums people are saying I might need to update firmware, others say to replace the MCU powerboard. I had a huge 36000 pages (about 2700 sets) that I've had to run and it's taken 4 days of printing because I keep having to restart both the printer and the server.

I am intermittently receiving a fault code (045-310) which stops all work. The machine and the CWS must be completely shut down and rebooted in order to start printing again. Does anyone have any experience with this error? It seems our tech and 2nd level support has little to offer with this issue. Any additional help from the community would be greatly appreciated.
