Hi there,

I'm having a problem with my Versant 3100. Everything I print is 1/16" smaller on the length than the file actual size.

That isn't a problem when I'm printing regular documents, but if it's something that I need to score and/or fold I can have problem with the alignments upsers.

I've tried to adjust the alignment profile, use different stock, setup the files on another computer, but nothing change. How can I fix it?

Thank you.

Restart your system first.

Have you did this?
