Versant 80 Tray 5 Size Issue

Export from Indesign to a PDF/x, then import that into the Fiery via CWS5 and print to whatever stock you want since it can't be overridden by the app or driver any more.

I successfully duplexed on regular 8.5x11 paper in tray 1. When I tried to do the same with 110 lb cardstock (the previous prints were tests), it would not print front and back on the heavier stock. I believe I need to use the bypass tray 5 to duplex on the heavier stock. However, even though the document size, all print settings in Adobe InDesign, and the Fiery settings are all 8.5x11, when I send the job to the printer, the Versant 80 tells me to load 11x15 paper. I checked and the size of the paper at tray 5 is set to 8.5x11, but it keeps telling me to load 11x15 even though I can't find that number anywhere. Please help!
