Vertical blank lines when printing

PROBABLY IT S A TONER ISSUE , U SHOULD SHAKE IT WELL OR REPLACE IT.

Hi,

My Pasher 3260 started to print vertical white lines in black areas. See the example below. As the manual instructed, I cleaned the printer, but that didn't help. The next step I would guess is installing a new drum. Is that correct? Or should it be the fuser?
