I changed my toner cartridge (106R02313 original), the display shows toner not detect, is there a reset that i have to do ??
Did you remember to shake it before putting it into place to free up any stuck/clumped toner?
If you put the old one back in does it acknowledge it and state to replace it?
If it does, the new one is bad (return to Xerox)
If it does not, something in the printer is damaged and will require a tech visit.
