So then, at the moment you hit the green start button, the Bypass tray is listed on the screen and not the Auto that is typically the default. (Auto will not select tray 5 if there is paper in tray 1, it will select tray 1, empty it and move on to tray 5, but only if the stocks in both trays are the same) The fact it pulls paper from Tray 1 heavily implies that either Auto or Tray 1 is selected and not Bypass
It's not configured as a printer, so no print driver issue. Never as a copier, has it picked up from the bypass tray.
Never as never when printing (driver related) or never including as a copier (hardware fault)?
I'm having trouble with our WC 3325. We've had for about a year it's mainly used as a copier and scanner. The problem is it has never printed from bypass tray even though Bypass Mode is enabled. Paper in loaded correctly, sensor engaged but it picks up from Tray 1. What can I do to fix this issue? Could it be a firmware issue? Out of ideas
