That option doesn't exist outside of the new Connectkey products, the 5325 is an older Fuji-Xerox so the option is not there.

i have a work centre 7835, although different machines there should be a similar setting.

Go to CWIS with the machine IP address, login as admin (default password 1111).

go to properties across the top set of tabs. in the left hand column expand services>printing>general.... you should now see some where on the screen that has an option "Delete held jobs after" set that setting to whatever you want.

That should do it!

Thank you for using the Support Forum. You can sign in as the administrator at the machine to clear the secure print queue. I am not aware of a time out setting but please consider contacting your support centre to confirm that there is not a timeout setting. .

Our users print in safe mode, they need to put the 4-digit password when printing. The fact is that users will not always up to the printer which causes a queue that can not be clean. I wonder how clean the secure print queue and set a time period for that queue be automatically cleared.
