WC 6400S prints but fails to login to Xerox Standard Accounting
WC 6400s. We installed drivers on 20+ machines, a few of the machines will send to the printer but fails and prints a page that says it is a bad accounting ID. It works on all but about 5 of the PC's connected to the printer. If we browse the network and "connect" to the printer from another machine it works just fine. Not a good solution because certain people leave at different times during the day and they shut their PC's down.
Tried so far: Reload driver, reloaded OS on PC, turned the firewall off, disabled Norton, Customer is getting upset....any ideas?
All machines that do not work are HP all in one PC's, the Dells work fine as does the white box PC's.
