Hi Kawai,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that the paper is not multi feeding by fanning the paper in the paper tray and try again.  If it is not a paper issue please consider un-installing the driver and re-installing it could be a corrupted driver.  If it continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

WC 7220 prints white pages in the middle of the job

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hey,

 

   If we print a file (30-40 pages), machine will print in the middle of the job approx. 10 white pages. It doesnt skip any pages, example:

page 45 then 10 white pages and then page 46. any ideas?
