I would try and preform a software reset, if that doesn't fix the issue I suggest that you call into the support department at 1-800-821-2797.

WC 7225 Paper Trays Not Detected, after Firmware Update

Product Name: WorkCentre 7220/7225
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi everybody,

we have a Workcentre 7225 that is becoming a major thorn in my side.

The printer has 5 trays installed (including the bypass) and i doesn´t sees them all in the device configuration and the web interface; only the first 2 trays are shown in the driver / printer properties.

We can't copy or print A3 Format.

Any ideas?
