WC 7525 - Persistent Black Smudges

Hi,

Replace the black drum cartridge. But firsy try to swap drums between them to see if the issue is moving to other color.

My Xerox WorkCentre 7525 has persistent black smudges that we can't figure out how to get rid of. We did try printing blank pages to try to remove them. They have persisted for about two weeks and have only gotten darker, not lighter. They are about 3.5 inches apart
