Somebody turned on Secure Receive is my guess.

Machine Status > Tools > Service Settings > Embedded Fax Settings > Incoming Fax Settings > Secure Receive Settings

Disable them if they are on, if not, dig around the previous menu options for something (Not sure what)

Hello, everytime a fax comes through the user must go to the printer to release it, how can it be configured to just automatically print any fax without needing to manually release it? Or if you can point me to the correct page in the manual to do this.
