WC 7545 wont boot after software upgrade

It sounds like a bad SBC (Single Board Controller).

I have done the Altboot method, Forced upgrade, and the USB boot but none have worked. The machine completes the boot process and begins the encryption/decryption process and then fails. Ive tried a new hard drive, Sata cable and had no luck. Is there something else to try? How is a "clean altboot" done,

The next logical step would be to do a clean alt-boot software load.

I have a 7545 that I upgradede to software on and now it wont boot up. It starts the boot process but after a while says to reset power. Any ideas?
