I am trying to print some scrapbooking pages for a customer. I am using a onesided coated cover stock that is cut 12.5x12.5. The document was setup for 12x12 with a 2 pica bleed all around the document and printed with bleed and centered. The idea is that the final document will be trimmed to 12x12.
Normally I do this on a J75 but the press had a few large runs going on it. I figured I'd use my 7556. It is shifting the image and putting a black strip down one side. I thought the printer was capable of 12.6x12.6? I know the tray says it. It does feed but I don't get the shift.
I can always fall back to the J75 but now I want to know why this machine won't do it? The file size limits are odd here... I've got links to the original and the output... Xerox Forum Shared folder.
Empty 0% 12.5x12.5 X-HW Plus White (I don't have the stock loaded at the moment.)
The stock is cut to 12.5x12.5 so it can be trimmed on all four sides down to 12.0x12.0".
