WC 7655 OFFENDING COMMAND: X_Debug_Print

Xerox WorkCentre 7655 - I am currently experiencing an issue with multiple users getting the same error message when printing from a variety of programs.

 

Error message is:

 

ERROR: undefined

OFFENDING COMMAND: X_Debug_Print

 

STACK:

We have recently had errors with other message however this is from every user, printing from Outlook, Excel or Powerpiont.  Also printing from webpages, just general overall printing, we updated the Print Server at the recomendation of the Xerox Tech after service the other day to the most recent driver for the 7655 WorkCentre however we had to rollback due to more errors, now this has popped up.  Our current project is updating to the Global Driver however we'd prefer not to.  Any insight to this error would help.
