Hi!
All good. :-) I can understand.
But thank you for your help!

Hmm. Is it possible to send our device configuration or photos of all settings? Perhaps then it is better to understand what caused the problem. It is certainly due to a certain combination of my settings, which causes malfunctions in the system.
Not through this forum with me, you would need to call Xerox and have it sparred with 2nd level to get that done. I am here on my free time (between calls as it were) and could not possibly spend hours on an issue for free while ignoring paying customers on the phone.
Sorry.
Hi!
A Xerox technician has reset the device a few weeks ago. He could confirm the problem with the paper ejection (left, bottom) after an hour. Performed directly from the device via remote access.
A technician was there again directly on the device. After consultation with Xerox, he promised that the problem should be fixed in June or July by software update.
But the problem with "Within Job Offset" we had not worked and I thought it could be corrected otherwise.
We have a second device with identical problems. ;-)

Does the firmware work for the 7830i ? Yes it does
Your link is for the 7830.
Hm. What does the "i" mean? Nothing more than marketing jargon, it means only that it was delivered with a firmware starting with 073, instead of 071 or 072, any previous machine could just as easily just been updated by the user.
EDIT: Firmware-Update complete
Unfortunately, it has not fixed the problem.
When copying and printing.

With this default setting, the copy does not come out at the left, but at the bottom. The original-paper must be placed on the glass pane!
But this is another problem :-)
Sadly, it can't even be sparred by Xerox, I cannot replicate your issue so it isn't an issue outside of your device, which can only mean
(1) Someone did something weird
(2) Something went wonky and the update did not fix it
And here is the bad part, to eliminate either option, it involves wiping the machine, and clone files can and do back up this sort of oddity, so they are suggested to not be used. But...
Assuming you have the time, you can do a clone, erase the machine, verify the issue is gone, apply the clone, see if it comes back, if it does not, you are good to go (About an hour) Of course if the clone brings it back you need to wipe it again.
If it does nothing, then an Altboot, no data backup no clone is needed via technician (I'm not allowed to type out the directions on the forum)
If it still isn't resolved, I either misunderstood, or am just mean, you can decide on that
If you want to do the wipe:
Machine Status > Tools > Device Settings > General > Erase Customer data (Think of this as an Altboot that requires no USB key)
Thank you!

I can't replicate that on current firmware (073.xxx.167.09610), so try a simple update.
Firmware: 073.010.136.34300. Installed: 2017 February 16 - 10:41:57
Windows SBS2011 Printserver Driver UNIV_5.520.6.0_PS_x64
Also tested with PS 5.433.16.0
Hello,
I have a problem with printing and copying.
The "Within Job Offset" option has been disabled in the device and drivers. Nevertheless, the pages are output offset at every job.
A technician was already here, but he could not help. But another problem was confirmed and it is eliminated by Xerox with one of the next firmware versions.
