After talking with support tech, it is not possible to configure in any Xerox printer the default values for USB printing.

Even technician can not change this default configuration even if they login to the device's diagnostic settings.

I went through all the settings on one of my devices (WC7845) here, and I wasn't able to find the settings that you are looking for. I was only able to find the Enable USB printing.

Maybe, this is something that needs a tech to login the Diagnostic Settings on the device.

Dear Sirs,

We need to configure the default values that the WC 7835 shows when a user wants to print from a USB flash drive.

Currently the WC 7835 shows the output color as "Auto Detect" and the paper supply as "Auto Paper Select".

We need to configure these options as "Black & White" and "Tray 1".

Please we need your help to solve this problem.
