Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this link to the latest software release that was updated in July 2020. Please install this on your WorkCentre 7545 and see if it will fix the issue you are seeing with scanning. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Workflow scan failed. No error but failed.
Please help me know if we have new software release which would support SMB version as the customer has disabled SMB V1 in their server. Current Version: 061.121.229.02600.Make/Model: XEROX WorkCentre 7545.
