Re: WC3220 Duplex printing

If it works for copy, it will for print, so if print doesn't work and copy does, it is 100% going to be a driver problem.

If you use a Mac I would guess the driver/ppd you have is old or incorrect (usually it will say Generic PS)

In any case, totally remove and reinstall it using the latest drivers on Xerox.com

Windows is here for x86, and here for x64, Mac is here

WC3220 Duplex printing

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello,

I have a Work Center 3220 which has the ability to print in duplex mode.

This feature used to work properly but for some reason it does not function anymore.

Everything works just fine, no paper jamming, no problem, but when I set it to print in Duplex mode, the printer will just print on 2 sheets of paper instead of 1 on both sides.

I tried many things like reinstalling the driver or try a manual duplex copy, nothing works. It is like the duplex unit is not there but it is ...

If any of you has an idea that would be a great help.

Many thanks in advance !!

Dan
