WC5330 driver configuration change the page setup

I already looked on the knowledge database, couldn't find the answer. And I just made a mistake with the model of the machine, it's a WC7232, not a WC5330.

I installed the WC7132 driver, and it's working ok.

The error is ocurring in Microsoft Office 2010.

Hi everyone

I´m having this issue with a WC5330. When I'm trying to change the configuration setup on the printer´s driver (like changing from full color to monochrome), when I apply the settings, it also change my page setup.

I'm using A4 paper on the trays, so I had to configurate the paper size on Excel or Word, in excel I usually move the print area in order to save some paper. But when I do some changes on the driver, it reset my page setup.

Anyone can help me with this? I already reinstalled the driver, I also have a WC3550, but it is working ok, when I apply changes into the driver it doesn't change my page setup. So I thing is some issue with the driver.

Xerox Global Print driver is working ok too, but I´m having other problem with this driver, because it's delaying the files from the PC to the printer, and also, sometimes the file doesn´t leave the PC.
