Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for Jams in areas 3 and 4 and see if any of this will help. Follow those solutions up with the ones for repeated jams making sure to power off and back on as instructed. If this does not clear the issue then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

I have a WC5775 that is displaying a paper jam error message for areas 3 & 4. I am unable to find any paper stuck anywhere inside the machine and am wondering if this is a faulty sensor issue? I have attempted to reset the software on the machine multiple times and have also tried cleaning the machine.
