Not a clue, since launch this has never been reported according to Engineering/Discovery groups here.
Call Xerox, report the issue to 2nd level, they will want a Configuration report showing the latest firmware. (Required for escalation)
And they will probably want the Network Logs (Super helpful, but not really a requirement)
Joe, hello.
In the same customer we have more to WC5875 with the same firmware : 073.190.075.34540.
Today we had the same problem doing a copy job.
After copyng a 20 pages job the machine mixed the pages changing the page order.
Original: page 1, page 2, page 3, page 4
Copy: page 1, page 4, page 3, page 2
I´m really worried because we have more than 50 Xerox MFD´s in the enviroment.
Any idea about what´s going on in this case?
Disable it actually.
Joe,
Thanks for the help.
So i need to check the option that you highligheted and verify if it´s enable to supress all the black pages?
Regards,
Rogério
With very little to go on I would assume it skipped a blank page, or what it thought was a blank page because of this setting:
Hello,
We´re facing a problem too much complicated.
We have 3 Xerox machines printing (2 x WC5875 and 1 x WC5890) Microsoft Word Direct Mail jobs.
The jobs are from 1,000 to 5,000 pages.
We´re using Equitrac Follow You solution to release e control de jobs.
In the beggining of this month we had a problem that the the some pages of a job that was printing in the WC5890 were mixed.
It was a duplex job where in the page 1 we have customer information and in the page 2 we have the address.
Some pages mixed the adress pages between customers.
Anyone have an idea of what´s happened?
Regards,
Rogério
