WC7120 filling waste toner cartridge in 5,000 pages

Based on the 7220 which is the newer model with similar hardware but different connect key software the waste container life is 33,000 at 5 percent coverage. Look at your toner coverage and page size. Replace the imaging units. Have a tech init the nvm's. Reload the software.

Hi Joe,

Machine is clean inside it and printings fine. All the excess toner is going into waste toner cartridge which are filling evcery 5000 page or 1 month.

I have changed the transfer belt recently and everything around drums and toners was clean.

could it be a sensor or a setting thats allowing too much toner to be sprayed? The discrepancies seem too much to just be down to printing patterns / usage.

Because the developer/hopper is leaking, Have a tech take a look because it is going to be very messy inside the machine. (Toner spilled)

Looking for any assistance or suggestions as to why WorkCentre 7120 is filling the waste toner cartidge every 5,000 pages or so. Also the toner cartidges are no near reaching estimates usage target of 22k for black and 15k for colours. Using all genuine supplies and no errors showing.
