I'm new to the Xerox line. I have users getting jobs stuck in Job Status all the time for Unspecified paper type. Can I default this to just printout to plain?
whats the reason of the unspecified paper?
if a job its stuck in the status, can you only resolve it by loading the paper the xerox asks for
if you are running into letter to a4 problem, then you can enable substitution :
you can find it yin the tools on the UI of the machine , then goto paper managment and enable substitution
be sure to also load the latest global driver for this
