WC7845 Can't Select 'Saved Job' from Print Driver

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I've got a customer with a new WC7845 that wants to print to a mailbox like she did on her incredibly old Canon MFP.  I have tried PCL6, PS, and the Global driver.  'Saved Job' seems like its what they want, but it is always grayed out under Job Type.  

 

I set Scan to Mailbox and Print from Mailbox to Enabled in the Remote UI, and also created a separate mailbox/folder in addition to the Default Public Folder.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
