Thanks. I have downloaded and installed. Printing is improved, but not as good as I would have hoped or  expected. I will persevere.

Check here at the Security Resources and open the Software Release Lookup Table and dowload version 

073.040.059.25300

WC7855 printing colours distorted

Operating System: Windows 10 x64

We have a WC7855 which is not printing some colours properly. I have tried printing from USB and from the Centreware software as well as from network attached PCs. I have tried PDFs, JPGs and Word docs, all with the same result. In particular, shades of green are printed much darker and have a lot of brown in them. I think this has only started to happen since I upgraded the firmware to 073.040.019.14200 in order to address an issue with TLS 1.2 and as advised by Gabiene. (See this post) However I can't see this version of firmware in the support section, so I don't know if there is a later version. Maybe I should revert to the previous version of firmware, unless there is an updated version that I am not aware of.
