The 8900 isn't an iSeries device, so there is no 073 firmware for it. Here are the rest you requested.
The 8900 shouldn't have this issue. But the latest firmware for it is here (As it isn't iSeries you have to do a manual install since the tool version doesn't exist for anyything before the iSeries)
Fabio - thanks. We also noticed it on the 6655i/3655i when we updated to the i-level firmware. Are there links for those and these other:

Nope, I open every post in tabs and proceed to work through as time allows. You answered 2 minutes before me, but I don't get a notification until after I post, so I had no idea you did.
did i miss something? :)
Not sure why you pulled your original post over here, but the answer is still the same as it was over in that post, update the firmware and the issue will be resolved.
correct, thats indeed a bug in the general firmware
download here the updated firmware :

When the end user has odd number of originals the last sheet comes out backwards if loading preprinted one sided stock
Example:
we load logo stock faceup in tray 1. Front side logo, back side plain
We print a 3 page job and ask for duplex on tray 1
We expect:
P1 imaged on sheet1 logo side
P2 imaged on sheet1 back side
P3 imaged on sheet2 logo side
We get:
P1 imaged on sheet1 logo side
P2 imaged on sheet1 back side
P3 imaged on sheet2 back side
This is because Xerox has faceup output and prints sheet2 then sheet1.
Is there a way to force FACE DOWN?
