WORKCENTRE 4118 Not Printing With New Windows 7 Computer
My school district leases a WORKCENTRE 4118 which resides in the office at my alternative education program. This year the district replaced my "teacher's computer" with a new computer that runs Windows 7. For many years, I have used the WC4118 for both a photocopier and printer. Our district tech guys found that there are no Windows 7 drivers available for the WC4118 so I now have to print elsewhere and bring those printouts here for copying.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there an easy solution? I called Xerox and they suggested installing the Windows Vista drivers as they may possibly work. Any thoughts and replies will be greatly appreciated.
